1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://www.unclaimedly.com and any subdomains (the "Site"), subscribe to our emails, establish an account, or otherwise interact with us. By using this site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Please read Section 5 carefully. Unclaimedly is an advertising- and affiliate-supported website. We work with advertising networks, analytics providers, and affiliate networks that collect information about your activity on this Site and, in some cases, across other websites and apps. Some of these disclosures qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even though we do not receive money in exchange for your personal information.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, merchants, or advertisers we link to. Those parties have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them. We are not responsible for the privacy practice or content of external websites and any other third-party providers. Users should review the privacy policy of those third parties directly before providing any personal information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly.

We do not intentionally collect payment card information on this Site. Any payments processed are handled by a third-party payment processor and disclosed here. We may collect the above information provided directly by you or a representative completing the relevant form.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically.
When you access the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language settings, and user-agent string;
- Usage data: Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links and buttons clicked, referring URL, exit pages, search terms entered on the Site, and session duration;
- Approximate location: City, region, and country derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS geolocation;
- Traffic source data: Referring domain, UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and click identifiers appended to URLs (for example, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid);
- Server logs: Date and time of requests, HTTP status codes, bytes transferred, and error data; and
- Email engagement data: Whether you opened an email, which links you clicked, and your device/client, collected via tracking pixels and instrumented links in emails we send you.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies.
We and our partners use cookies, pixels (also called tags or web beacons), local storage, session storage, software development kits, and server-side tracking. We use them in the following categories:
Strictly necessary. Security, load balancing, fraud prevention, remembering your cookie and privacy choices, and basic Site functionality. These cannot be disabled through our consent tool.
Analytics and performance. Understanding how visitors find and use the Site, which content performs well, page speed, and error diagnostics.
Advertising and targeting. Delivering ads on this Site, measuring ad performance, building audience segments, retargeting you on other websites and platforms, frequency capping, and suppressing ads from advertisers you have already converted with.
Affiliate attribution. Recording that you clicked a link on this Site so that a merchant can credit us with a referral. See Section 3.
Functional and preference. Remembering settings such as dark mode, dismissed banners, region, or saved items.
You can manage non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer, and through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
3. Affiliate Links, Tracking, and Attribution
Unclaimedly participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we earn commissions or other compensation when you click certain links on our Site and take a qualifying action on a third-party website, such as signing up, submitting a form, or making a purchase. This does not change what you pay. If you disabled cookies, it may affect the functionality of our site.
How affiliate tracking works. Affiliate partners may collect information according to their own Privacy and other policies and practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and other policies of external websites. Users should always review the Privacy and other policies of those third-party websites before providing personal information.
When you click an affiliate link, one or more of the following typically happens:
- Your browser is redirected through a tracking domain operated by us, an affiliate network, or the merchant.
- A tracking cookie or click identifier is set that identifies us as the referring publisher. This may include a sub-ID or click ID that lets us attribute the referral to a specific page, placement, campaign, or traffic source on our Site.
- Your IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and referring URL are transmitted to the affiliate network or merchant for attribution and fraud prevention.
- If you complete a qualifying action, the merchant reports a conversion back to the network, sometimes through a server-to-server "postback." We generally receive aggregated or pseudonymous conversion data, such as the sub-ID, order value, product category, commission amount, and timestamp. In some programs we may receive limited order-level data.
- Attribution windows vary by program, commonly from 24 hours to 90 days or longer.
What we do and do not see. We generally do not receive your name, email address, payment details, or full order contents from merchants. We may receive a hashed or pseudonymous identifier. Some networks provide a "customer type" flag, for example new versus returning.
FTC disclosure. Consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), we disclose our material connections to the merchants we are linked to. Look for disclosures at the top of relevant pages, adjacent to links, and on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Improve user experience;
- Deliver, personalize, and measure content and advertising;
- Attribute referrals to affiliate partners and verify commissions;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, click fraud, bot traffic, scraping, and abuse;
- Send you emails you have asked to receive, and measure their performance;
- Respond to your inquiries, comments, and requests;
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and content performance, including A/B and multivariate testing;
- Build and refine audience segments for advertising, including lookalike and retargeting audiences;
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- Evaluate, negotiate, or complete a corporate transaction.
Automated decision-making. We do not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you based solely on automated processing. We do use automated tools for ad targeting, content personalization, and fraud scoring.
5. Third-Parties, Advertising, and "Sale"/"Share" Disclosures
5.1 We "Sell" and "Share" Personal Information Under U.S. State Law
We do not sell personal information. Several U.S. state privacy laws, however, define "sale" broadly to include disclosures for valuable consideration other than money, and define "share"/"targeted advertising" to include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we enable advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers, device data, and browsing activity through cookies and pixels, we disclose the following categories in ways that may constitute a "sale" or "share":
- Identifiers (IP address, cookie IDs, mobile advertising IDs, hashed email where applicable);
- Internet and network activity (browsing and search history on the Site, interactions with content and ads);
- Commercial information (affiliate clicks, expressed interest in products or offers);
- Inferences drawn from the above (interest and audience segments);
- To comply with legal obligations; and
- Approximate geolocation.
5.2 Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect or use sensitive personal information (as defined under California and other state laws) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. If you voluntarily submit sensitive information through a contact form or comment, we use it only to respond to you.
6. International Users and Cross Border Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and as such, the details in this Privacy Policy are directed primarily to U.S. Users and based upon U.S. laws. The Site may, however, be accessible to users located in other countries.
By using the Site from outside of the United States, you acknowledge that information that you provide to us, or that we collect through your use of the Site, may be transferred to, processed, stored, or accessed in the United States or in other jurisdictions in which we or our service providers and affiliates operate. The privacy and data-protection laws of these jurisdictions may differ from the laws of your country of residence. We do not represent that the Site or our privacy, or other, practices are intended to comply with the laws of every country or jurisdiction outside of the United States. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any privacy or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides you with additional privacy or data-protection rights based on your location, we will honor those rights to the extent required by applicable laws. Depending upon the circumstances such rights may include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are located outside the United States and do not wish your personal information to be transferred to or processed in the United States, you should not provide personal information through the Site. You may also contact us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy to request information regarding our processing of your personal information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under the mandatory privacy or data-protection laws applicable to you.

7. Email and SMS Marketing
Email. We send marketing email only to people who have affirmatively opted in. Our signup boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to marketing is collected separately from acceptance of our Terms. Every marketing email contains a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and in no event later than ten (10) business days.
Records we keep. For each subscriber we log the timestamp, IP address, the exact consent language displayed, and the form or page version, so we can demonstrate consent.
SMS. We send marketing text messages only with your prior express written consent, obtained through a standalone, unchecked opt-in that discloses the program name, message frequency, that consent is not a condition of purchase, and that message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Transactional messages. We may send you service or administrative messages regardless of marketing preferences, such as responses to your inquiries or notices about changes to this Policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and accounting or regulatory purposes.

We may retain information longer where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. Your Privacy Rights
9.1 All Visitors.
You may contact us at info@unclaimedly.com to ask about our practices, request access to your information, or request deletion. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
9.2 United States — State Privacy Rights.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Portability — receive a copy in a portable, readily usable format;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale/share, and profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects;
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights;
- Appeal a denial of your request.
These rights currently exist in some form in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and additional states as their laws take effect. Specific rights and exceptions vary by state.
California-specific notices. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 5.2, from the sources described in Section 2, for the purposes described in Section 4. We disclosed those categories for business purposes to the recipient categories in Section 5.1, and "sold"/"shared" the categories identified in Section 5.2. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
How to submit a request. Email info@unclaimedly.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use our online request form. We will verify your identity by matching the email address on file / asking you to confirm information we already hold. We will respond within forty-five (45) days and may extend it once by an additional forty-five (45) days with notice.
Authorized agents. An agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may contact you to confirm.
9.3 EEA, UK, and Switzerland
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing (including to direct marketing at any time), and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EEA, your national data protection authority.
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension and Swiss-U.S. Framework where the recipient is certified, or your explicit consent. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object; we have balanced our interests against your rights and describe the outcome on request.
11. Children's Privacy
To be eligible to use the Site a User must be aged eighteen (18) or older. The Site is not directed to children under eighteen (18). Unclaimedly does not knowingly collect, solicit, maintain, or use for any purpose personal information from children – individuals under the age of eighteen (18). In particular, since we do not collect it, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or process the personal information of those under the age of eighteen (18) for targeted advertising or any other purpose. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from an individual under eighteen (18), we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our records and files.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided information through the Site, the parent or guardian is welcome to contact Unclaimedly to bring the situation to our attention. Such communications can be directed to privacy@unclaimedly.com.
Note that the third-party links on the Site have their own age requirements and privacy practices and users should check these policies directly themselves.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
13. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Web browsers' "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized, and we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale/share and targeted advertising, as required in California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states.

14. Third-Party Sites and Merchants
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including merchants and advertisers. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, or the products and services they offer. Once you leave our Site, this Policy no longer applies. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit before providing information.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the Site and, where required, obtain your consent or notify you by email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
